Everyone who comes to the foodbank for emergency food needs to have a valid foodbank voucher.

To get food parcels, individuals must go through a referral agency (for example, Housing Welfare Team, Humankind, Family Support, Health Visitors, etc) and get a voucher number. The voucher number is needed to pick up the parcel.
